Joneljim Concrete Construction (1994) Limited was established in Nova Scotia in 1970 to carry out work in the General Contracting section of the Construction Industry. Since that time, Joneljim has grown steadily to become one of Cape Breton's largest contractors. At Joneljim, we provide General Contracting, Project and Construction Management, Heavy Civil Contracting and we have a proven track record for delivering on schedule.

Joneljim works as a time-honored general contractor and also has in-house capabilities to follow the design/build route of construction.

Joneljim's staff prefers to work as partners with our clients to consistently deliver projects of the highest level of quality on time and within budget. We strive to meet and/or exceed our client's expectations.

Throughout the years, Joneljim has constructed office and apartment buildings, retail outlets, educational and health care facilities, sport and leisure complexes, casinos, hotels and industrial projects. We have also carried out a variety of renovations, interior improvements and restorations.

Joneljim works in a wide range of contract formats including lump sum, cost plus, stipulated price or fixed fee.
